We completed this and they upheld the ban with an automated reply. There is now no appeal button after just one try. This is completely unfair unjust ban as he did nothing. This is his first PC and waited how long to save money and build it. Where can we email someone to talk with them? There’s no way they can just ban when you have followed all the rules? They have banned his account wrongfully and blocked all communication basically. Please help.

Community ManagerThere is a limit to the amount of appeals you can submit. It's possible you have hit that limit. You can also open a case with an advisor to ask them to submit an appeal for you in the case that you haven't hit that limit.
