Need help directly from EA due to unwarranted ban

Hello my brother just bought and built his first PC. He got BF6 free with Intel B580. A big reason he bought the card. We made sure secure boot was turned on verified within windows. After about 15hrs he was permanently banned for user agreement violation or terms of sale which is what they exactly stated. He claimed the game through the Intel website exactly as the instructions said to. Entered the code and claimed BF6. He has not violated a single rule and followed everything. Please someone explain what is going on? He has appealed once and it was just an automated response verifying his account is permanently banned.

When building a PC you have to be careful of what 3rd party programs you use. Most 3rd party programs use the same type of systems cheating software uses and its red flagged by anticheat.
