I need help I lost my ea account long time ago and I can’t unlink my old ea account to replace it by new one I need anyone from the ea support to unlike my old account so I can link my new account

I'll do my best to offer advice to help you out. Before I do, I just need to make sure I understand things properly. Could you answer these few questions real quick?
- Are you trying to unlink from that EA account because right now, if you try to play an EA game from that platform/client, it's asking you to log in to the EA account?
- Are you unable to log into the EA account because you no longer have access to the email on the EA account?
- What account are you trying to unlink from the EA account? PSN/Xbox/Steam, etc?
