Never give admins kick power

Big mistake giving admins kick power—just got booted from BF1 because a noob got wrecked by my plane and the admin got salty.

Hi OpaoGuoNai,

I fully expect Portal to give the creator of the experience admin rights, but official matches through the matchmaker won't have player admins.
