Agreed, not to mention they hid the close weapons option. Open and closed weapons were not initially placed next to each other, close weapons was placed all the way to the right initially (you had to scroll to reach that option) they didn't mention that part at all and considering the short time we were given for the beta it skews the numbers badly as most would just pick conquest. They did "fix" the issue of where closed weapons was placed but that should also highlight how quickly players noticed the issue and wanted close weapons as default.
If this was a race, guess who would win if one of then gets a few days head start.
