to me this is Racial discrimination....SO either fix it or remove it!!

I'm not sure if it'd be something they'll give a refund for, as the return policy usually omits DLC purchases like skins and so on. However, it wouldn't hurt to contact EA Help to ask them to take a look. If you use the contact button at the bottom of the guide below you should be able to get in touch.
Nice try but the convoluted support page doent support this type of request.....
Imagen a navy seals pack and when you open it its got a Australian voice.... im sure your american players would be fine with this... right???

Since refunds cannot be handled here, as nobody can access game accounts or payment systems, you will, unfortunately, need to keep trying to reach EA Help. If you aren't able to get through using the guide, you could try https://help.ea.com/customer-care instead. However, they may not be able to issue a refund under their policy.
Also, just to make things clear, I am not an EA employee. I'm simply trying to give advice in the hopes it helps you discuss your request with the right people.

Also, coincidentally, I live in Scotland. While I'm not actually Scottish, I understand where you're coming from with this skin.
99% of the player base are males. Most of your revenue comes from … males. It would be appreciated if we can get a male version of these cool looking skins.
