Right , I’m a 40yo man that plays games in my free time to relieve stress and EA wtf have you done taking bots out my server , I got x4 people to spend £80.00 on the fact of justifying the price with being able to rank up and play with your friends , you guys have restricted all the best parts of XP left us with the bare minimum then still you stoop to an all time low and stop it ?! Thats x4 80 quid refunds we all want back now and how do I go about getting my money back for this false advertisement… roll on gta6 I’ll use your 80 quid on shark cards ea.
Just because you’re 40 years old, does that justify farming bots to level up your weapon? I’m 35 myself, also a busy person, and I don’t have time to play all day or all night, but I have no problem with that. Nothing in life comes easy, and you know that well. It’s not fair to farm bots just to unlock weapons. I already have a level 53 weapon and two others at level 40, and I haven’t even touched the Portal servers with bots.
Busy playing this game. When you have a full time job, family, sports events, and are needed elsewhere all the time you'll understand what busy is. And he's not justifying that. Punish the ones that do farm, not the ones that use it for its intended use.
I work 9 hours a day, 6 days a week. I think I made it clear enough that it’s not just about sitting in a bot server and farming. This is the right decision from EA, and I support them 100%. I also have a family and all sorts of other commitments I’m not going to keep explaining myself.

SOBT, I think you are missing a couple of points and information. Firts point: Since the very beginning of this franchise, playing against bots was a normal way to enjoy the game. Therefore, Point two: playing against bots dont mean that you are automaticly farming bots for enourmus XP points and levels. It's about enjoying the gameplay on offer, and leveling up in a normal way, just as advertised by the way. BF2042 had a solo/co-op mode that worked.
Not everybody has superfast reflexes
And, from a commercial standpoint would it not be wise to not adress this issue with people who what to play with/against bots (again, as advertised) . Because I think a lot of potential buyers/players are going to stay away, move away from the game. Not buying the game, not buying season passes or whatever EA had planned for the future.
In other words: EA, use common sense knowledge and fix this. My two cents on that: Happy players are returning costumers
Not everybody is asking for farming servers. Not everyone playing with bots are farming XP. We're asking for a fair chance to play with fair, legitimate games with bots and not being thrown in the pit with ruthless hardcore and sometimes cheating PvP players who ruin the experience for others. If you enjoy that type of experience, then fine - no need to belittle the people who doesn't enjoy that type of madness.
This discussion is way beyond unlocking weapons.
How are we supposed to get portal servers started at all??? 32 Players sitting around doing nothing is outright impossible in numerous regions of the world at numerous times; they can't even spawn in. In Oceania, it will NOT happen for a regular server without full exp. And we're not some tiny obscure area; there are tens of thousands of players in our region. It's the stupid XP nerf that kills the games features; identical things happened in 2042.

This is immediately after I spent like 9 hours yesterday doing the most stupid challenge I've ever witnessed in a game EVER; 100 kills at 50+ meters ADS'ing with an Assault Rifle. I was going negative KD most of those rounds, playing trash maps and literally sniping snipers with an assault rifle at 200 meter ranges. (Little did I realise how much better Liberation Peak was for it /sigh).
My point? My KD is this high AFTER such a torturous trash challenge, and I'm still pro-bot servers. You've gotta stop whinging about people getting unlocks, it's seriously NOT a big deal. Let them do what they want, stop destroying the games features for the most pathetic reasons!
