DICE and EA do not care. They just want to make money.
If they cared, anyone caught cheating would be perma banned from all EA games. Their consoles would be Perma banned from all EA game. Their credit cards and any accounts associated would be banned from all EA games forever.
The only place they hand out permabans is the Steam forums, where people write the truth about their sh@tty game.
