Not Able To Refund Purchase
i bought a game didnt like it and tried to refund it ive had it less then 24 hours and it says the refund automation process failed what do i do?

If the system does not refund the purchase as per the Refund Tool you would need to get in touch with live support so that they can take a look at the purchase on the account. Account/Billing issues past troubleshooting steps cannot be done over the forums as we are not live support and cannot verify accounts here.
