Not getting the support i need

I have an issue with bf6 and my linked accounts which I can’t solve via the articles but also when i raise an incident no email confirmation is send to me, it doesnt show in my incidents, there is no option to contsct further support or chat window?

please let me play again. I’m totally stuck in nomans land
