So, I have contacted EA customer service again and now they have the cheek to say that they have reviewed my account and advised that my account wasn't affected
They advised that I need to post on here, so a community manager can ''replicate'' the issue.. I'm sorry but what a load of .....
I'm still disgusted that I'm having to chase and whilst I'm sure that eveyrone is loving this game, I took a day off work to play on release date, only to be met by the error that has come up, because EA didn't bother to test their product fully before release date.
If any one from EA is looking at this and is willing to resolve a very unhappy customers issue, I would be greatful. I would just like what was promised from the offical updates from EA, when this issue happened.
