Permanently banned due to using third-party software in other games

Dear EA / Terms of Service Team

I am writing this letter out of deep frustration and sadness. As a final request, I hope my case can be reviewed by a human instead of an automated system. I know my account appeal was rejected before, but I urge you to take two minutes to see what really happened.

"Battlefield" has always been my favorite shooter game, and I have spent 272 hours playing Battlefield 6. I have always been a clean player, and I have never used hacks, scripts, cheats, or any third-party software to modify the game. My mistake was using third-party software to modify the game program in another game, "HELLDIVERS2". Although the third-party software had been removed when playing Battlefield 6, I believe that some residual files caused Battlefield 6's anti-cheat system to mistakenly believe that I was using cheating methods in Battlefield 6.

I'm not asking you to overlook my mistake. I'm willing to accept any fair punishment: I accept having my account progress completely reset to zero, or being banned for several weeks or even months. Please, don't take the game away from me forever. I sincerely request a second chance and a manual review of my history, so you can confirm that I am not a cheater.

I swear what I said is completely true. I just want to play games legally again. Thank you very much for your time and consideration.
