Phantom edition BF pro token missing on PC
I have the phantom edition on PS5 , got all the rewards for them and used pro token for season 1. During that time I switched to PC , I had the standard edition and couldn't access the phantom edition content I had from the PS5 version. So I decided to get the phantom edition for season 2 on PC since to access the phantom edition content on PC it had to also be purchased on there . After doing so , I got access to the phantom edition skins and content on PC , but I didn't receive BF pro token . So I checked around online to see if purchasing the battle pass on 1 platform would also be locked if ur playing on a different platform and it was not the case , buying the battle pass isn't treated the same as game edition content platform lock . So now that I'm certain that I'm missing the bf pro token from the PC version, I contacted EA about the issue, and was told that they would forward the issue to them team and haven't heard back in over a month and the case was marked as closed !!! I've been trying to re open the case / reaching out again with no luck , and now that this much time has passed , the missing BF pro token is affecting the hours I spend in game getting limited unlocks and limited battle pass progress since it's not activated because of the issue . I hope that this way I can get a better reach to get this issue resolved ASAP...
