If they want to have proper stats tracking, they should have separated bots and real players. Because players can just artificially inflate their statistics by playing against bots. It's going to **bleep** people off, but they should seriously consider fixing these issues and just resetting everyone's profile.
Agreed, bot kills shouldn't count towards KDR. Or at least have two separate KDR's with one that includes bots, for players that maybe play a lot of genuine Portal modes (not bot farms) that sometimes struggle to fill up with real players. Or a separate stats page for Portal activities. There's a few routes they could go with this, any of which would be better than what we've got
This is why they need to make a solo/coop mode with its own stats and progression.
Then they can bin the bots from online modes.
why would we want to see solo stats? the whole point of the stats is that its tracking the multiplayer kills/wins/etc
Except Redsec can't be filled with bots, we want to see our Redsec stats separate from our multiplayer stats

Like anyone has a choice of whether bots are in online play or not. Nobody looks at the opponent to see if it's a bot or not since it can kill you just the same. How many times to you die by a real player while you were handling a bot or bots? A kill is a kill regardless as bots will kill you just the same as a player and can be enough of distraction to get you killed. Tha stats should count ALL kills and deaths.
They removed bots from your statistics page with today's patch. My K/D only took a small hit of 0.08, because I generally avoid games with bots. Other people went from a K/D of 50+, back to a more realistic number below 10.
I immediately notice it if I'm playing against bots, because they don't act, move or aim like humans.
