Basically game before I won I beat this person and he was toxic the entire game but that was whatever then the next game ironically we got into the same game again and he was on my squad being outrag...

Report the player right away. Wait too long, and it seems like the voice or text chat gets too out of sync with the report time to make the report useful.
I've reported them for harassment but I recorded footage I'd like to send to a support person as idk how the report system actually works like do they get recordings of the game to go back and watch like in Counter Strike??
The reporting program here is a **bleep** joke out of the dozen plus people i have reported 1 has been acted on and they dont say if a ban was done or if they got their 3 day slap on the wrist, Best thing to do is also block them and the game is not supposed to every put you both in the same game. They should have a public message in the game servers they catch people with their gamer tag and a public list of gamer tags to show everyone that has been acted on. No one is believing their reports that only two percent of people playing are cheaters.
