Please close the empty persistent portal servers so we can make our own.

EA advertised that we would be able to enjoy our own portal servers. This is simply NOT the case. I cannot make my own Cairo official server and play it. There are too many empty passworded portal servers just sitting there. 

Please add the capacity for more portal servers, or give us the ability to rent one from you. 55 billion dollar buyout, 350 million in sales, and i cant make my own experience and play this game the way i would like to.
