You can't do nothing about them? The problem isn't tanks in the battle royale, it's the player base. In the majority of games, players actively avoid fighting other duo's/squads and just camp buildings or the edge of the circle. They will only move when the game forces them to.
If there is a tank in the final circle it's because players let that tank drive around the entire map carefree. They're so many ways to deal with a tank if you are creative enough...but the reality is most players aren't.

On paper the BR should be a game mode where players run & gun, hunt other duos/squads, and be the last team standing. In practice it's just players camping to save armor plates, 3rd partying, spamming air strikes, and sniping from rooftops.
