I would really appreciate more detailed information about Portal 2.0 for console. Specifically if console players will be able to create and edit maps in Portal 2.0 or if they will only be able to play maps made by the PC players?
In 2042, console players can create servers, alter server settings and use the rules editor.
Creating servers and changing basic server settings can be done using a smart phone, tablet or PC.
But the rules editor can only be accessed and used on a PC.
So to answer your question, console players will be able to create servers in the same way as 2042.
As with 2042, the rules editor and editing tools for BF6 will likely only be accessible on a PC.
The reason for this is because smart phones and tablets cannot handle the features of the rules editor.
