Sorry I did not mean to offend anyone. When I was in my twenties or thirties I used to play online very often but since Battlefield 2042 introduced the option to play in co op or solo mode or to create custom servers where you can set a password and play only against CPU controlled opponents with the advantage of still earning XP progression even if moderated ribbons weapon and attachment unlocks and advancement within the various battle passes I really got used to that style of playing which is very anti stress. So I really hope that in the next title they keep the same possibilities at least in Portal. A couple of days ago I saw a video on YouTube where someone said that in case of custom servers set up differently from the EA validated experiences with full XP progression progression will still exist but it will be based more on the playtime than on the score. It may sound a bit complicated but it gives hope for rules that with all respect for those who prefer PvP also take into account players who still prefer PvE in the typical Battlefield modes and not only in the single player campaign.
