punishment for quitting matches

If I'm punished for quitting completely lopsided matches with an obvious bot running around,  I'll just quit the game.   thew writing is already on the wall with the rogue dev giving us black screens.    Is this the plan for the new mmr  like valorant and cs?   the hacked and stacked out, smurfed out games?   Give more freaks control to make other freaks protected classes?   so dead its like playing on a quakelive server with the skill gap is so wide its embarrassing to play,   in a so called mmr skill matched game.   right....   The mmr killed those games and any chances of major sponsorships because they are too easily undermined so its the innocent honest player that feels the effects which are only negative.   

Instead of an mmr,  just keep working on banning cheaters,  and stop rewarding them with every update,  which an mmr would also be for them.    The difference between the community run leagues in the early 2000s in ea sports and counterstrike,   is that everyone knew each other.  Which eliminated the anonymity.  You already knew an account name and what his "skill level"  was just like you would in real life.  That was the difference.   So no matter what you do,  unless you understand, besides the more stats the better,   this is what makes a sport a sport.    The anonymity kills all chances of that,  its not orwelian,  its natural human nature.  Its real life,  and the digital is the same as the physical.  its not any different,  its the same one being ands we must evovle past these childish,  archaic,  and straight up evil notions that say we can't exclude evil cause it is insensitive to evil.
