Allow PS5 players join PC-PS5 lobbies ONLY

When a PS5 player searches for a game even with crossplay ON, sometimes they are joined to a PlayStation lobby only, no PC allowed. 

I request that there is an option for PlayStation players to always join PC+PS5 lobbies and skip PS5-only lobbies entirely.

Reason 1:  When friends are in PS5-only lobbies and a PC friend wants to join their match, they can't.

Reason 2: Ps5 players who want to experience real crossplay, competitive against PC players too.
