Punishment

Can we please have punishment for people who destroy friendly assets (eg attack chopper) and I would even consider punishing people who quit Redsec, it's becoming normal practice for people to just quit if something doesn't suit them early on. It's frustrating for people trying to take it seriously.

Punishment could be...
* revoking experience + a random challenge (and its rewards).
* suspension from that game mode for 24 hours.
