Racist names by players

I am sure many of you are aware that the term Uncle Tom and Coconut are a derogatory term towards men of Afro/Caribbean origin, i have reported players using these names for offensive names policy but it seems that EA staff including Mods are not interested in dealing  with it  On both occasions i got the stand bot reply we will not be taking action this time.

For goodness sake does anyone working for EA actually care or is it just public relations exercise or are the staff themselves racist?

At the very least they are complicit in Racism.
