Re: Controversial Topic, but... Female Soldiers.

O prefer to play a MALE ONLY , So I'm Stuck with Assault and Recon, I hate Snipers, So the only class I will be able to play is Assault .

Based on current information, yes — some classes in Battlefield 6 appear to be gender-locked, at least for certain factions or default character models:
Gender-Locked Classes (as per datamining and leaks)

Engineer Class: Reportedly always female.
Recon Class: Reportedly always male.

This setup seems to apply to the NATO faction, which is said to include two male and two female characters, making it impossible to have an all-male or all-female squad lineup.

Gender-Locked Classes Are Confirmed — But Only for NATO Faction (So Far)
According to datamining and leaked builds:

NATO Faction:

Engineer Class: Always female
Recon Class: Always male
The faction includes 2 male and 2 female characters, making it impossible to have an all-male or all-female squad.

Other Factions (e.g., Eastern Coalition):

No confirmed info yet on whether their classes are also gender-locked.
EA has not officially stated if gender-locking applies to all factions or just NATO.

🇺🇸 NATO Faction – Gender Per Class

Engineer - Gender-locked to female
Recon - Gender-locked to male
Assault - Appears male in default setup; not confirmed locked
Support - Appears female in default setup; not confirmed locked.

The only thing you’ll ever see in Battlefield 6 is a pair of hands gripping a gun, so your whole “male-only squad” rant is about as useful as a parachute in a submarine.

I sincerely doubt the developers decided to “lock” a class to a specific gender, hell, they probably didn’t give gender a second thought. These are nameless, faceless characters in a video game.

You’re inventing a problem that doesn’t exist. Battlefield classes aren’t some sort of social statement. It’s just a game. Spending your time complaining about virtual characters as though they somehow impact your life is, frankly, mind-boggling.

Next time you feel the urge to write a manifesto about “gender-locked classes,” remember: the only thing you need to lock down is your fragile ego. Skip the politics and play the game; the only person limiting your experience is you.

This person obviously has no understanding of how important an issue this is.  If EA doesn't respond to the original question by 10/8/25, I will cancel my preorder.
