Role bonuses idea for BF6

Medics should heal faster and revive better than someone just using a medkit.

Assault players should deal more damage and reload faster when fully equipped for their role.

Engineers and support players should repair vehicles and gadgets faster and provide more ammo to teammates.

Recon and snipers should have better spotting, steadier aim, and slightly higher headshot damage when using recon gear.

Players who mix roles get reduced effectiveness. This keeps freedom but makes roles meaningful and teamwork matter again.

    Rather than making the other four classes rock stars with superpowers, how about just slightly reducing the effectiveness of the others, as you said later in your thread?

    It could be the other way around, players who want to mix roles and use whatever loadout they like would be slightly penalized.
