Speed of soldiers running.

The sprint speed in BF6, compared to BF3, BF4 or BF2042 (without the tactical sprint) looks about the same to me. I see no issue there. Sure, it's not milsim movement style, but that never was the case in Battlefields.

I would agree with the above.  Playtesting did not make me feel it was any worse or better than previous games.  Tac sprint is gone is BF6 however and the current running models do not carry the weapons vertically.

As for screen blur, that can be adjusted to some extent, however I will add that there seemed to be a lot more dust / smoke / haze in vehicle combat and from environment destruction than I can remember seeing before... it was actually great.  Obviously smoke grenades are in as well and they are thick!

I'm not a fan of tactical sprint. I don't like pressing the sprint button more than once.

Yeah the sprint there very fast, they to to fix it a little, if they match it to bf4 running speed it would be great

I’ve been in the playtests and movement definitely felt slower than BF2042.

Yeah. From what I heard from people that were playing in the multiplayer event in LA, the movement was slightly slower than usual. But overall similar to 2042.

There could have been a few tweaks here and there for the event but the movement speed felt pretty good in all the Labs tests I participated in. Like Ridder mentioned, it's slower than 2042. Soldier's speed and actions are always cranked to 11 for the trailers; makes it more exciting that way.

The speed looks a little high, but more of a worry is the sprint-jump-slide combo I saw and the bunny-hop-slide-cancel...

This kind of ridiculousness has to be removed or we may as well play CoD.

No wonder they have the TTK wound up too high. Once people work out the dumb omni-movement 'tech' metas you won't be able to stay on target for more than a millisecond even though it seems all weapons can have attachments that remove their recoil...

Run speed in BF6 is too fast. Unrealistic.
Okay we don't want Arma3 run speed, but in BF6 it's absurd/arcadish.
I love BF1 and I am looking forward to BF6.
