Re: EA is scamming people

So I bought the phantom edition of the game. That for some reason I couldnt play at launch but yhe next day, I was able to, but I came to find out that the extra content i paid for was missing, it shows up as usable on my consoles storage, meaning it was donloaded, but I cant access it within the game, I've tried for weeks to get help from EA, and all they have done is make me go in circles, go here, go there, use this link, all for nothing, last email I got tells me that I have resolve this issue through live chat, so, I log in my account, go to my cases, click on resume case, only to be told that advisors won't help with this types of cases, so you tell me if im crazy for seeing this as a scam.

Also, im not the only one that has had this issue.
