Hello, friend, I already received my code on the Intel website and activated it in the EA app, but the app still displays the message “buy the game.” Do you have the same issue?

i have the same issue hoping that they will release an upgrade pack because why would we pay 100 euros

As far as I know, there is no official word about it yet, but it's likely the Phantom edition upgrade option will be available after the release (similarly to Battlefield 2042 and their other past titles).

I spent an entire hour trying to find a way to write directly to EA support, but couldn't find it)

Due to an error by Newegg on the first day of the promotion, I was lucky enough to get the Phantom edition instead of the Standard edition. It would be a shame if I didn't end up getting it...
You will see it in your library. If it shows up there, you're good to go. Pre-load will begin later today.
Store page will still show buy the game, because in the past it was possible to redeem keys for region specific edition of the game (For example Russian & Polish version of the game only) and then upgrade to the global version by buying the game on EA App (Origin).
That's very lucky! Did you also buy an i5-14600K? I thought Phantom Edition promo was for either i7 or i9,
I bought my i5-14600K for $150 and upgraded from my i7-12700F, which I have just sold for $150. It was still profitable for me, a 30% better CPU and Battlefield 6 I was going to get anyway for the same price.
I think what we can do is buy EA Play Pro for 1 month (around €16) and claim the rewards, and then cancel it after 1 month.
I believe EA Play Pro includes the Phantom Edition of the game, and it will allow us to unlock and keep all the rewards. It worked the same way for Battlefield 2042.
So instead of upgrading to the Phantom Edition of the game, we can just upgrade to EA Play Pro for 1 month.

Thank you) Yes, the game is in the library, but I was concerned about the “buy game” label. Thank you again for your clarification.

Yes, I also bought an I5-14600k. I replaced my i5-12400f.
Without tuning, the processor consumed 200-220 watts in BF2042) I had to undervolt the processor, now it consumes 100-120 watts without any loss of performance - SparKzCL7 months agoSeasoned Newcomer
Hi, I’m facing the same issue. I bought an Intel Ultra 7 265K, redeemed the Battlefield 6 code on the Intel website and activated it in the EA App, but it still shows “buy the game” instead of letting me preload. Seems like it’s not just you. Hopefully EA fixes this soon or enables the preload properly.

Hi THISaint,
I think that there most likely will be an upgrade released at some point. It was an option for past games in the series at the very least, although I believe that they came a little while after the games were released.

Good idea
That’s not a bug. It’s how EA App and Origin used to work.
Check your library, if it is there, then you’re good to go.
In the past, if you bought Russian version of the game which only included Russian & Polish languages, you could then go and buy global version from EA App / Origin store (which includes English version).
Looks like they never changed this.
