Recon is Insufferably Broken

• TUGs device not working and/or area-of-effect is too small
• Prox Grenades are useless at times
• The Q key doesn't work consistently
• SOFLAM's Painted targets only last a few seconds
• Any spotting lasts too short to be tactically useful and/or doesn't reflect with diamond markers on enemies in the actual HUD.
• Sniper Rifles got nerfed, headshots have a hitreg problem

Recon is so lame as of 11 / 21 / 25.   Please Fix.

Spotting may not be important to the greedy COD solo player who doesn't want to share kills but it is integral to BF Squad play style.
