Red Dot Scopes

Can we please add a setting where we can change our reticle colors in scopes such as red dots? I am red-green colorblind and I am having a hard time using red dots because they blend into the environment. I would prefer if we can make our own color but would be fine if it was more vibrant and neon-like else I am stuck using higher magnification scopes because they do not have red in them. I am aware of that 1x scope where it is a vibrant green but I do not like how the reticle scope looks much rather prefer a dot.
