Redsec = Reconsec?

Am I the only one who loads into Redsec and find 99% of everyone with a sniper, shooting you when you move 5 yards out of a building 9000m away.

Then they sit in a corner with their beacon and droning you from miles away pinging you for perm UAV. Oh and then they can drop a bomb on you every min. 

Oh and don't forget you can hardly hear the things flying above you, while in multiplayer they so loud..
