Redsec Custom loadouts/remove missions/pure survival

Dice, can we please get closer custom load out drops instead of them landing halfway across the map? Please allow the custom drop to land within close proximity of a teammate. Nobody cares for ground loot and nobody does missions. We just want to survive the open world BR with our custom weapons that we had to grind hard for.  Or at least let us spawn with primary upon initial jump, that way when the load out drop arrives we’ll be trying to get our second primary instead of treading all over the map for two separate custom drops.  Please also let the custom drop come at 4.5min mark instead of 6mins, as 6 is a long time to wait for a load out.
