Redsec needs flinching

Simple as the title says. I know there's an abundance of issues like hitreg, the horrible netcode which they are working on, but GOD, the game is in dire need of flincing. It needs to be in the game if we're going to have sniping like it is now. It is abysmal to have to be shooting someone with bullets that feel as if you're shooting skittles, only for a guy to have laser accuracy while his head is getting rung like a drum from you shooting him in the head.
