Redsec Trios

I know the devs are working on solos, but can we also get a mode for trios?
Nearly all my quad games with a random player have gone through the following scenario:
-> Game Starts
-> Fourth player screams "BREAKING OFF SOLO"
-> Fourth player dies
-> Fourth player leaves immediately
-> Team is put in a disadvantageous position for the rest of the game

And another issue with playing with a random, is the fact that nearly all of them refuse to communicate.
I've literally had 1 squad mate in the hundreds of redsec game that actually responded.  This wouldn't be a problem if we had trios.
