I have a few questions if I may please.
You can see by the sheer amount of comments people have regarding this game.
BF6 is not EA / DICE's first game, in fact by now I would suggest that they have great experience in game development, and yet we seem to have recurring game issues and problems which have been posted in here by a significant amount of people.
Some seem to be a recurrent theme, others are of a nature that has been around since release and others purport to issues and problems since the BETA release.
So below are my questions to you.
- What happens when people report issues or ask the same kind of questions about the game over and over again? IE a clearly developing issue or problem with the game.
- When you do escalate these issues or reports up the chain, who do they go to and what happens next?
- Are peoples comments or requests for help ever acknowledged by the game developers and to whom?
I ask all of this because there are a significant amount of people coming up with recurrent problems with this game that seem easily reproduced, and in fact are angry at being ignored, or the appearance of it.
If none of these are any or your remit, then please do provide details of where people are supposed to go to make their case for the issues they are having on a premium game that they purchased in good faith after the marketing and advertising of this product, and from the BETA testers videos and reports that seems to have fallen far short of what was advertised compared to what we were actually provided with after the initial purchase.
Some may say "This is how it is nowadays with game developers" but I do not believe this to be a viable argument, and in fact refuse to accept this.
We are only in this situation because of poor legislation around electronic sales and lack of due diligence in the gaming industry as a whole because this is now "The norm" which again is only because companies have been allowed to get away with this practice and behaviour.
