Redsec with only bots

Is it possible (through Portal?) to play Redsec with just bots. Doesn't matter to me if it doesn't include XP & Progression. I'm not a good enough player for Redsec, but I really enjoyed the initiation but dont have it as an option anymore.

If playing with just bots is an option, how do I go about setting it up/finding it?

Anything that might remotely be fun for legit PvE, they don't do in this franchise. Which is a shame because I know so many people that have been waiting and wanting for a PvE BR mode, so your idea is a good one.
