Refund cant be proccsesed.

i pre ordered and purchased battlefield 6 phantom edition, then requested a refund on the same day EA was having issues with the game. shortly after i received an email saying the refund could not be processed and now the game has been removed from my libary. EA support directed me here but my bank confirmed that everythinug is fine on their end. To double check i refunded several other games on steam without any issues, so the problem clearly isnt with my payment method. ive been trying to get this resolved for weeks and would really appreciate help sorting this out.

Really sorry, but this is something you'll need to go back to EA Help about. Refunds cannot be processed on the forums whatsoever, as nobody here has any access to the payment systems or game accounts. Suggesting you post here as feedback is fine, but thrm telling you a refund can be processed here is completely incorrect.
