Huge oversight and something that is tainting an otherwise GREAT release. Portal is BAD. Global slots, XP Farms, PRACTICE modes. Portal is not being used how it should be. It's really bad. Needs to be addressed immediately. Allocate regional slots. Not this global crap. Remove all the Practice FLYING @#!@ and let it be good.
Someone is maliciously occupying server quotas to profit from it.
