Removal of Portal bots broke EA EULA

I bought BF6 to play solo against bots like I could in 2042. I'm old and rarely get time to play because of family commitments. I would rather muck around in my own server learning to fly helicopters with bots than get killed every 2 seconds by people who are actually good at gaming. I don't care about ranks or progression at all, so XP farming is irrelevant.

After Portal bots were removed I waited a week to see if they would come back. When the new Portal changes were announced (return of bots but you need 8 players to start a game) I decided to return the game for a refund. The game no longer allows me to play in the way that I want too.

I asked Steam for a refund and it was declined saying "There is no evidence the product has a defect under Australian law".

My question is: the EA EULA says "EA may retire online features after 30 days notice". They disabled Portal bots after 12 days. Haven't they broken their own EULA?

    I agree,

Of course, I think there overwhelmed at the moment.

Surely eventually they will give us back 32 bots per team on back fill.

They said it was a temporary solution to bot farming servers, only problem is they could have just removed all the servers... it's not like there are many portal games in the first place.
