Reporting players for harassment is completely useless in this game/platform.

Question

I wanted to report 2 players for harassment that went beyond any regular game trash talk. Both players made prejudice comments (which is an actual hate crime in my country), and harassed me, even saying my mother will die of cancer. So what do I need to do for EA to ban them or at least give me their identity, so I can register a police complaint and maybe file a lawsuit against them?
Their EA usernames are [REMOVED]
I already reported them in game and I got an email saying the EA team didn't find anything wrong and nothing will be done about it. So it seems EA is just acknowledging that we can be toxic and bully each other on game chats without worrying about consequences.&nbsp;

Ok I understand EA can't simply give me their personal info. But a judge could order that in a lawsuit correct?

Please note as far as I know EA cannot provide you with the identity of those players as that would be a data protection issue.&nbsp;

Cant post names of ppl on forums or they'll get you instead of them lol under name &amp; shame rule, get proof of it all and go to EA support with it is best bet.

you can bet these&nbsp; 2 or 1 them was also cheating.&nbsp; I made another post.&nbsp; &nbsp;Cheaters do this all the time.&nbsp; Daily.&nbsp; &nbsp; But yet&nbsp; they are pretend its to hard to red flag all large ratios every map. And red flag and analyze them further.&nbsp; &nbsp; i see them do this to people nonstop. it went on in bf 5 for 3 years or more&nbsp;
