I actually get a majority of positive emails when reporting bad behavior in the chat. A few caveats:
I only report people who are deeply and repeatedly offensive; a curse word or someone swearing a bit, banter, mild teasing... I don't report and I wouldn't expect any sanction if someone else did. Do check where you put the bar, the charter is a guideline but is clearly not applied to the letter.
Secondly, note the reviews are clearly done by AI. People can say disgusting stuff without getting flagged as long as it's not recognized by the AI. I've had some very bad examples, but nothing can be done about that.
