Request for Exclusive English Support
Hello,
I would like to express my dissatisfaction with the French support service. After receiving a three-day ban for a single phrase, I acknowledge that I made a mistake, but I strongly disagree with such a ban for just one sentence. My main frustration is that the French support keeps replying to me in French. I only speak English, and I do not fully understand French. I am therefore requesting once and for all to have no further dealings with the French support, and to be directed exclusively to the US or English support team. Is this too much to ask? I expect a clear response and immediate action.

As well as the advice that EA_Shepard has given you, it might also be worth checking that the EA Help site is set to English. It might be set to French for sone reason.
If you scroll to the very bottom of any page on the EA Help site, you should see a language option at the end.
