I think even the ammo type/quick-detach suppressor ideas are too significant for implementation.
Different ammunition types would just be used to carry more ammunition or, if total ammo remains the same, be useless and an active hinderance to the gunplay by having to switch ammunition types.
QD (Quick-Detach) suppressors I suppose I could agree with if it requires a QD-compatible muzzle device in the first place, otherwise it would still be a problem. I wouldn't mind having a muzzle device that I can mount or unmount a suppressor from but it'd have to have some kind of drawback.

I feel that that the plus system affects balance too strongly, especially ability to switch between different ammo types

Personally I've always liked the feature in Battlefield 2042 and I've considered making a thread about this here. Then I thought about it and figured that it may not be such a good idea.
The reason why the Plus system seems necessary in Battlefield 2042, is because it has poor map design. Maps are too big with not enough cover. This also means that the average engagement distance increases. It pushes the game towards a style of balancing where almost every weapon needs to be effective at a much larger range. Both the lack of recoil and the Plus system are both implementations of this balancing style.
That isn't necessary in Battlefield 6, where engagement distances are now balanced towards maps are optimized for 64 players as opposed to 128 players, and feature much more cover and a lower average engagement distance.
Since you're limited by the point system, you wouldn't necessarily be able to use the Plus system. You'd have to configure presets beforehand and you'd then be able to choose from different presets. It seems to me that the ability to do this on-the-fly is extremely strong. It's essentially what you'd get if a weapon sling allowed you to carry two of the same specialist weapons. It reduces the importance of choosing your loadout to meet the needs of the situation.
Instead, I'd much prefer a system that just allows you to quick-select a loadout upon respawning.
