Return XP in portal , increase Server capacity

P’s me off that I spent $$ on this game and they go and change portal after we already bought it! 

Portal is pointless without XP. If they don't revert this change, then EA straight up lied to customers and this is false advertising. They said every person who purchased a copy of the game was entitled to host one persistent server for free, and that settings for full XP would be significantly more lenient than in 2042.

Without XP, people aren't going to join Portal servers and they will never get up past a few people, aside from a few exceptions that are backed by a strong community. Backfill at least kept the servers lively until more people joined. I had some fun games with like 4-6 people on each team with the rest of both teams filled with bots. They were still competitive and fun games.

The solution is for EA to deliver what they promised to the community. Suck it up and add server capacity, with full XP.

No point in Portal without XP. It gave a good reason to play the Portal mode and search for other creations made by BF fans worldwide. I was finally looking forward to playing this game with friends old and new. Battlefield was back, but now it's fading because of all the complaints, updates, and users trying to make it a game it has never been. Portal is a part of Battlefield, so why nerf and now completely make it obsolete? They changed conquest, then reverted it back, now changed Portal through listening/reading complaints. You have a fantastic game, @EA @DICE. Don't ruin this opportunity to bounce back. Leave the game as intended and fix the bugs, not change it to suit others and annoy those that spend so much time creating Portal experiences. Respect the creativity that your player base has. Give us back our XP as it was always intended to be. Please let Battlefield live on and not die like it very nearly did after 2042.
