Rush gamemode with unbalanced spawns

In Rush game mode, the Defender side is simply useless. If you already have brain-dead teammates, you can't defend the points. The Spawnpoints are far away and you have to run a lot. The HQ could be closer or you shouldn't play the comeback in the last region. They use tanks to set up spawns and spawnkill the whole thing. They throw it in the Challenges to win in Rush mode, or activate and deactivate M-COM, but what if you don't get to the point of deactivating it? You give it to 1 person, the others look at it and say, "Oh, someone is already using this" and don't even submit the quest.
