Rush Manhattan Bridge completely impossible

I want to bill EA for my time that they have wasted where I got zero enjoyment from this game.  I charge my billable hours at $200 per hour.  I just spent 30 minutes on Rush Manhattan Bridge where my team was not able to leave spawn to push the first Rush objective.  This was not due to skill or ability of my team.  It was entirely because the enemy team can cross the spawn line into the attacker's territory for several seconds before they get autokilled.  The ENTIRE lobby abused this to spawn camp the attackers for a solid 30 minutes.  I don't want a refund, I expect that my wasted time will be 100% paid for because this is BULL**bleep**.  I understand needing this mechanism for other game modes so players get some grace if they put a toe out of bounds, but spawn camping spawn zones should either result in instant death or immediate and permanent account ban (not game, full EA account).  I wish I had recorded this so I could have reported the entire enemy lobby who participated in this war crime.
