Probably indicates Rush just isn't that popular in BF6 and maybe Breakthrough is losing popularity as that's now bundled with Obliteration.
Everytime i played rush even in the night (gmt+3) i waited for lobby from 3 to 30 seconds, and often i chose only 2-3 maps. So... A lot of people played rush. Look at count of topics here and on reddit about rush. Removing rush is an inadequate and completely illogical solution
