The shotgun is the only one shot kill weapon in the game but the high caliber sniper rifle isn't... neat. What developer that knows nothing about what a high velocity bullet does with a center mass shot to the body chest cavity came up with these damage stats? Turn off the scope glare and up the damage for the sniper rifle. A working sniper in a combat zone should make people nervous, sweat and be cautious, not be a minor inconvenience and easy to spot, surpress and eliminate because he needs two hits to be able to kill someone.
