Separate consoles and computer play
There should be an option to turn off cross play with only computers all the cheating that's going on is the computer players if you have to cheat to play a game you're not a gamer you're a cheater

If you're on console, you can turn off crossplay. But plan on playing in mostly bot filled lobbies. On PC, you can'ttturn it off.
I bet there are more Cronus/XIM players then PC cheaters in this game.
