I always played on PS4 so imagine there was less cheating, now that cross play is in effect I can see that being problematic. Its a pity. I also found the browser helpful in finding a server with decent ping as i am in South Africa so it was helpful to stay in one sever.
I see your point, perhaps in portal there will be something similar to what I'm looking for. Its early days.
